Our Patient Portal is a new tool that we will use to help expedite your child's visit. The Patient Portal will allow you to create, update, or
modify your child's health record. Once you have made an appointment with Memphis Children's Clinic, a scheduling representative will give you an
access code. Please utilize that access code and the child's date of birth to update your child's record prior to your visit. Please call us if
you have any problems or need to get a new access code. We will be asking you to keep your child's record up to date prior to each visit. You may
access the Patient Portal from home or in the lobby of one of our offices prior to your visit.

We are in the process of implementing a new computer system. Please be patient during this transition. We will be asking all parents/guardians to bring the most up to date insurance card, driver's license, and vaccine records when you come for your visit. We will also be asking you to do the Patient Portal prior to your visit either through our website by clicking on the Patient Portal link above or in our lobby.
